Genre: Historical Fiction | Rating: 5/5

This book wrecked me in the best way. 😭❤️ I had high hopes going into The Women—Kristin Hannah never misses—and this one might be her most powerful yet.

It follows a young army nurse through the Vietnam War and beyond, and I don’t think I’ve ever felt so many emotions in one story: heartbreak, rage, hope, and pride. I was tearing up at the beginning, middle and end. It’s raw, emotional, and unforgettable.

If you’re into historical fiction or just want a book that will make you feel everything—this is the one.

♥️ If I were gifting this to a friend, I’d pair it with:

A @elkmeadowscandleco candle in Steel Mountain (the calming scent I keep in my bedroom)

olive green @comfrt signature sweatshirt (it’s weighted & insanely cozy)

Curl up, get cozy, and prepare to be moved. 💔📖
